Attorney James Taylor is the President of our firm. Educated at
Ohio University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, he
started practicing law in 1981 as an associate with Bennet &
Harbarger Co., L.P.A. In 1983, he started his own practice as
James N. Taylor, Attorney at Law as a sole practitioner. He left
that to become a partner with Baumgartner, Breunig, Taylor &
Bond Co., L.P.A in 1984. He was with that firm until 1997 when
he started James N. Taylor Co., L.P.A. He is a member of the
Ohio State Bar Association, Lorain County Bar Association, and
Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. He is active in many community
organizations, and is married with three children.

Kurt A. Breunig received his law degree from Case Western
Reserve University after graduating cum laude from Cleveland
State University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1979 and
the Florida Bar in 1980. His practice areas include real
estate, estate planning, business, non-profit organizations and
ERISA. Kurt is a member of the Lorain County and Ohio State Bar
Associations, and the Florida Bar. He is a principal of the
Elyria law firm of Taylor, Breunig and Robinson Co., LPA. Kurt
resides in Grafton with his wife, Patricia, and three sons

Having earned his undergraduate degree at Ohio
University, Erik A. Breunig joined Taylor, Breunig &
Robinson Co., L.P.A. as a law clerk in 2002. He
continued his employment with the firm as an attorney
upon his graduation from the University of Akron School
of Law in 2004. Erik is a member of the Ohio State Bar
Association and the Lorain County Bar Association, as
well as several community organizations.
